I had an issue with the delivery, I did ring to explain my situation, and it was agreed that my chair would be sent out on the Friday, and would hopefully be with me by the Monday. But it was sent on the Wednesday and arrived the next day. Whilst it was great getting it, if it had been delivered just 10 minutes later, I wouldn't have been home to recieve it. So whilst I'm thrilled with my new chair, communication between departments could've been better.
