Very easy and problem free.

Excellent customer service

Excellent can not fault them, im waiting on a item out of stock currently, they called me right away to say it was in stock would I like a refund or a different colour, I asked if they could send me the seat I wanted when it comes in at the end of the month and they said that was fine. Should come soon. Everything else arrived the next day after I placed my order. Ive recommended to 2 friends who have now purchased the same chair and they are just as happy as i am.

I ordered and paid one day and it arrived the following day. I received updates regularly until it arrived and then received emails a few days later checking everything was ok with the power chair and did I have any questions

I am lucky to have a son who assembles my equipment for me and he found the instructions easy to follow. I have kept the booklet close at hand as I have familiarised myself with the wheelchair and so far I have not experienced any difficulties understanding the text.

I ordered mid afternoon and received the wheelchair less than 24 hours later. Couldn't have asked for better service.

The first wheelchair arrived and was far too big for my needs. Etech were able to provide a smaller replacement without delay, the collection/delivery people were excellent, kept me informed and arrived on time.

First class service from Etech Mobility, couldn’t have been improved on. Once I placed the order it was processed & delivered overnight. Any queries I had have been answered quickly. Delivery by DX was another matter which I reported to Etech who addressed the problem to courier & assured me of FedEx dispatch for any future orders. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Etech again.
