Really good

Customer service has been excellent whilst ordering my chair and delivery was excellent well packed no chance of the wheelchair getting damaged during delivery

Will tell more if they stick to the promise to supply the bigger batteries. They were very helpful and went out of their way to make a deal work. Very amiable people

Etech were very patient and extremely helpful as we went back and forth with first one powered wheelchair and then changed our minds and swapped for another. Followed by a third visit to try the suitability of a powered lift which we subsequently bought.

The customer service has been great and the staff have all been helpful and competant when I ring. Deducted a point because when I ordered the chair I also ordered a bag and was told it would be in next week yet when I rang the next week I was told it would not be until the first week of August; now I know this a supply issue and not down to Etech but I should have been informed instead of having to find out when I rang up.
