The tracking is always an emotional rollercoaster because it takes forever with little to no updates and I’m not a fan of the iridescent packages they use because you can open and reseal them. I’ve had someone steal out of my package reseal it and then ship it to me. I’ve recommended they change the packaging to something more secure. Otherwise great products. Ultimately I think USPS is the problem and canvas should rethink who they ship with.
