Shopping experience was great; the website is easy to navigate; shipping is reasonable if not free; the product I ordered was delivered much earlier than expected. The product I received however simply does not function the way it was advertised. I bought a sound dampening curtain that seems to dampen zero noise. Overall I would buy from this company again if I wanted only a normal or blackout curtains, I would go elsewhere for sound dampening. I cannot give greater than 3 stars due to product.
