I loved my efile,bought it back in November. Something is wrong with one of the hand pieces or maybe the drill in general I’m not really sure but it has a pretty noticeable vibration that it never had. Part of my concern is that the gold plating from efile bits was coming off and im certain that is in the hand piece, feels like a barring issue to me tho. I haven’t heard back from customer service after sending the requested video and info but it’s only been a few days. Hopefully it works out

Poor quality; the two batteries only last 30 minutes of wireless use, meaning 15 minutes per battery. This seems like a very short lifespan for the price of this O'nail kit. It's overpriced.

My experience is that this is not a good company. They aren’t helpful. Just tell you you’re out of luck if something is missing even though it shows as delivered. So I’m out a drill and $300. I’m not sure why there wouldn’t be a signature requirement for something so expensive.

Hello, I don't understand what the problem is, because if you press a little on the handle, it stops and shows on the display AI protected. Especially if we use polish with baff. If I want to do pedicure with a disc, it doesn't continue to work, it stops directly. we are russian musters, we need device which is strong power, it's not suitable at all if your device is stopping every time without the reason. Please tell me how to fix it so i can use it normally. Thank you
