They advertise the item as an epilator, but the actual product is a cheap shaver. I asked for a full refund for a product that wasn't as advertised, but they said there is a $14 restocking fee. They also said that they cannot guarantee the refund because it depends on the condition of the item when it arrives. I was told that I could keep the item and get 40% of the money back. It's a total scam!!!

The ordering process was good. The speed of shipment was Ok, but not great (Two weeks). When you can get something overnight these days, two weeks seemed a bit long, and it made for us to have to go elsewhere to check our BP for that length of time. It arrived packaged well and in excellent condition.
