I was a bit surprised to order the SnoreSolver and THEN have the cleaner pop up! That wasn’t disclosed at all. The cleaner is definitely necessary - the dozens of screens that popped up to verify I would need this device cleaned - were an over kill. Then the instructions that came with the cleaner didn’t exactly pertain to my device, listing time options and mentioning using detergent! When I contacted help@ Sophia was very nice. No detergent needed, use tap water.
