You offer a full refund if you return the product unopened. If you don't open the product and try it, how can you tell whether or not you like it or whether it works. I understand that after opening it and using it, that you don't want it back due to hygiene issues but after paying $45.00 and only receiving $4.50 I was extremely unhappy with the company. You should not offer a refund if you are only going to refund 10%. That's a joke and a ripoff!
