Everything came in a reasonably timely manner. The package was delayed, so I had to contact UPS to drop it off at Staple’s for pickup (extra fee refunded by UPS due to delay) since I was not able to be home when it was to arrive. I live in an apartment complex, and this product is too expensive to risk leaving lying around. I wish there was some way to better work with people who have situational issues with deliveries without adding to the cost of the experience for the consumer.
