The team were good sort of. I placed an order for the black stand and really did not hear anything until I emailed to ask what was happening and was told they were out of stock. So would have been great for them to have told me that a week earlier but once I raised it, they were brilliant, sent out a silver one (which is fine) and gave me a 10% refund to make up for not providing what I had ordered. So great customer service.
