Products were as expected and service was good. Shipping was very slow considering how much was charged for "Express" freight. The problem is, it was dispatched in four separate parcels and one was slower than the others for whatever reason, so the freight company waited until ALL consignment pieces were received at the depot before delivering all of them together. I don't understand why it needs to be this way. I was actually in a reasonable hurry for the products, and between the NDIS plan manager approving and actually paying for my order, and delivery, it was two weeks. I'll have to remember to order much sooner next time.
