This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with online shopping. I ordered two hats from otrhats, paying $35 each for expedited shipping. Shockingly, it took three weeks to receive the first hat and nearly six weeks for the second. When I requested a refund for the failed expedited shipping, I was refunded only $25—not even enough to cover the cost of one shipment, let alone two. The lack of accountability and disregard for their own commitments is astounding.
