I have purchased three hats, the first two are awesome they were delivered at the expected time.
The third hat was lost and had to be replaced, so it took much longer.
All the hats were shipped in boxes too small to fit the brim in so when I received them the brim was bent up. I had too fix it myself with an iron.
The integrity of the brim was compromised. I was able to get the first two looking decent, however the third was bent more severely, so not as straight as it should be but wearable.
