Hate companies that send "no-reply" emails. If you don't want to hear from your customers, then don't spam their inbox.
Did not receive the rubber wheels I ordered but can't respond to the email they sent; now, I have to take extra time in the day to figure out how to contact them to request a refund. Maybe I should send an invoice for my time doing those research as well.
The chair is not bad, the orange color is ugly as it looks pale, but they have no other choices that's better so that's that. Value, even with the Black Friday sale at $470, is still not a great value, just OK. It does feel comfortable to sit in but that only compared to my old $120 lazyboy chair from Costco. It's heavy so I'm guessing the high cost is because of shipping fee (nothing is ever free). Would I recommend? Yes, but only if you buy it at the sale price.
