I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service and will likely never purchase from them again. I placed my order on February 19th, and it is now March 5th—only just now am I receiving updates that my order is finally in transit. For over two weeks, the tracking status simply stated that USPS was awaiting the item from the sender. This level of delay and lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
