The process and the information was great, I first heard about this on the Dr. Hyman show. The shipping was pretty fast, it took me a minute to figure out the containers lol just a note to anybody that you just have to remember to be careful because these are literally little squares of dye. If you touch them, your fingers will be blue, I took 1/4 of one and my mouth was blue for over a day so now I swallow them. I think the overall experience with the company has been great.

Nothing special

I've had endless problems being recognized as a Provider and receiving the appropriate discount on my orders. I've given up trying to rectify the problem. I've tried on three separate occasions to have customer service help with getting me officially assigned to the professional provide list. The online professional page lists my account but denies my professional provider status. Quite frustrating.
