The greed of what is charged for marginally effective product is shameful

The product is too soft and melts easily in a warm environment.

Ships quickly, but the little ice pack that was included was melted and warm after being in the delivery truck all day in the Florida summer heat! So my products were getting steamed essentially.

NO effect whatsoever. Please cancel any future automatic shipments!!!

Shipping takes awhile and since the heat is here the ice pack that came was completely melted which has caused some of the squares to be hard to cut without turning to mush. I have placed them in the fridge, seems to have helped

It’s a huge mountain of money for so little product that didn’t even do its full job.

Works, but my 2nd order of 3 Methylene Blue troche units came 2nd day FedEx to Lawndale, Ca, 70 degrees weather, with same single gel pack as my first order 2 weeks prior, but very insufficient! They are partly melted and messy.

I used Trocalm to help me fall asleep. I did fall asleep more quickly. However, I had terrible nightmare that I could not wake up from; it just kept going and going. It was demonic.

Was told the products needed to be shipped via FedEx due to high temperature and charged extra. Then the shipment was sent via DHL through the USPS with a small freezer bag that was approximately 150 degrees by the time it arrived a week later. You all refunded the charge which I appreciate but said you had no control over how the product ships. That is unbelievable. How can you have no control over how a temperature-sensitive product ships? If true, incompetence in biz mgmt.
