Shipped quickly by FedEx and arrived undamaged. Assembly was straightforward and quick, construction was solid with a very intelligent and thoughtful design. A version of this pedal car previously won the very prestigious Red Dot design award. This is the only pedal car I will recommend to anyone I know, or who asks me on the street when they see it.

I recently purchased pedal karts from this company and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The karts are extremely difficult to get moving on flat ground and very hard to steer. This is very different from how the product is presented in the company’s marketing materials and videos, which state that the karts are easy to pedal, easy to steer, and suitable for different types of terrain. I shared a video with the company demonstrating the issue and spoke with them by phone. While their standard policy requires customers to pay return shipping, this situation is related to product performance rather than buyer preference. Because the karts do not operate as represented, I requested prepaid return labels and a full refund. I’m hoping the company will work with us to resolve the issue fairly.

Love that they got a store in the US since after the new year I'm not able to order from the original site in the UK anymore and REALLY WISH they would let you view the items on there spare parts page instead FORCING ME to email them with my B/N number and model type then sending me a list of parts they got..I really don't like that just let me look so I can see the price and figure out what bills to move around so I can buy it
