My experience initially included an added purchase of a sequenced shawl after my order had been completed. As soon as I became aware of an additional charge - after my initial charge on my credit card had gone through- I telephoned the number listed. I got a recording an left an angry message. Very shortly after a representative call me back and she was able to reverse the charge immediately. She apologized and tried to explain. She did rectify the matter but I have never had that happen before.
