For the price I would have expected a full jar for 20oz. But as mentioned before the flavor, texture great but for how expensive the 20oz. I would appreciate a full jar.

I personally would have appreciated even being offered a refund, or being sent a different batch because my batch was really all chocolate and no Dubai dip. But I am a bit disappointed. Left a review on the shipment I received. Hopefully it can be fixed.

I repeat, you do not fully get what is advertised. If you do not care and are okay with accepting whatever they give to you then you'll be okay. But for the price of everything to get something else I'll pass.

They had to swap out my Big Dipper, and instead sent me three 8oz jars. More ounces for my money! I ended up having to use them as stocking stuffers bc something else didn’t come in time. I would have eaten all 20oz by myself lol so it ended up being way less for me. But overall worked out really well for my holiday stress and everyone was obsessed. Win all around. And now I have to order more for me

First you guys sent burned sealed jar and offered a free refund and then the refund jars leaked not great overall experience.

I can always count on the quality of product from Chocbox.

I had an issue with my package arriving damaged, and ChocBox handled it amazingly. The replacement process was fast, easy, and completely hassle-free. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the whole experience stress-free. Truly great customer service — I’d absolutely order from them again! Plus the chocolate was amazing!!!

Little communication, shipping issues, and little kataifi in my jar. Basically got a jar of pistachio cream and so much trouble getting it.

My experience was awesome I also bought the minty clause I know it doesn't say it has nut and I read the label on the back when it was too late but there's is defiantly traces of it but it awesome product non the less
