I have emailed six times through multiple channels they list on their website and in the Shop app, and I have received no response.
The device is overly sensitive and constantly goes off. It reacts when I talk, sneeze, or even close a door, even though it is set to the lowest sensitivity. After only a few weeks of use, it stopped working properly and now will not charge. The only way it works is if it stays plugged in
