When I ordered the first pair, I paid extra for fast delivery but when I realized they didn’t fit and I had to order a second pair,I accidentally forgot to order them with the special delivery and therefore I knew I wouldn’t get them in time for Christmas . I contacted them and was told that there was no way they could change my delivery options and that it would be a week for them to arrive as Christmas Day was just two days away.
They actually turned up the day after I ordered them even though I hadn’t paid the extra. What more can I say. Really surprised they came so quickly , fab customer service after all.
