Originally I called the tech support to see if repair parts were available for a 30 year old tripod. Unfortunately no parts were available but I was offered a discount on purchasing a new tripod. I accepted the offer and couldn’t be happier. Oh, I was surprised to find out the tripod came with a carrying bag. An unexpected bonus. The tote bag is large enough for the tripod, light stand, umbrella and reflector! What a deal.
