Taking forever to get order. Sent an email and was told it would be here in 8 days… It’s been 8 days, still hasn’t shipped. Not happy with this company. Spent $500 and they take forever to send the product. It’s been 8 days since my husbands birthday (this is his gift) and he I haven’t been able to give it to him. Never buying from them again.

Once a product is paid for - this business “forgets” to fulfill the order and refuse to answer emails

Haven’t received it and very lil communication from the company. I’m the one asking what’s going on Only one response saying there is a delay but without saying how long of a delay so if I can cancel I probably would have. The surprise was for my son and he will be gone by the time it arrives

Potentially great product ruined by cheap shipping and poor customer service. I spent $1,000 on a custom sign which arrived in a cheap cardboard box with multiple scratches and bends in the metal. I immediately notified Relxntless of the issue and requested a replacement, to which I received one email promise to replace the sign, followed by radio silence for a month and no replacement. Despite all of the glowing 5-Star reviews on the site about "great customer service" and Relxntless's own pledge "to produce and send a replacement at no charge" in the event of damage-in-shipment, when push came to shove, Relxntless did not stand behind its product or live up to its stated values. Apparently "relentlessness, discipline, determination, and strength" does not include honoring one's own word.
