I can't speak on the quality of the actual board yet as it is a gift. My issue is that I received what appeared to be a used product. The product ships without a shipping box to cut down on material waste per customer support. The box arrived looking very beat up, and BOTH of the clear plastic stickers that keep the box sealed were clearly previously cut open. I don't see how that would have happened in transit. Customer support told me they don't send out used/returned items. I am rather doubtful of that in this particular case as there's no explanation why those seals would have been cut open on arrival. This is a gift so it's a little embarrassing that the product box is so beat up that it looks like I purchased it second hand. Customer support only gave the option of returning it and receiving a new one. I'm not sure if I would have had to pay for the return shipping and I'm not confident I would receive it in time for Christmas. I would suggest buying this product in person or via a shopping site with a good return/exchange policy.
