Ordered online and it was delivered a few days later

Smaller independent private company which is rare these days. Appreciate the honesty about their products and prefer purchasing from smaller independent American companies, rather than once great companies that produced excellent products but then were bought out by private equity firms or big corporations that destroyed the original products for profit.

I like the web site and appreciate the care with which products are prepared and shipped. The shipping time is significantly more than Amazon but that is to be expected.

The product seemed to take a long time to ship, but I gave it 5 stars as response from customer serve was prompt in explaining the delay.

Misleading information on your ordering from your website. Other items were listed as "out of stock". The one I ordered was not listed that way. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for the product to be shipped. I have a little of my Black Forrest Cocoa product left. They always shipped on time. I hope you tighten your act up. Best Regards

Took awhile to get it

Mailed me a cardboard container with stained tissue paper containing what appears to be cocoa nibs with who knows what mixed in because there was NO SEALED CONTAINER OR GLASS BOTTLE AS SHOWN ON THEI ADVERTISING. Instead it looked like someone dropped the glass bottle and just scooped up everything with it and threw it in some Tissue Paper and called it a day & MAILED IT OUT. Unlawful AND ILLEGAL as well as posing a Public Health Danger.

I live in Arizona where the temp is now over 100 so I can't order again until late fall or everything will cook it the delivery vehicles. But I love most of the products I have bought from you guys and really want to try the Bali Cashew Butter. I'm trying to make all my stuff from you last til cooler temps come which is hard to do so now I'm fasting. I'm glad you use UPS as usps delivers everything to community parcel lockers and our stuff usually ends up in a neighbor's locker. Love you guys.
