Terrible experience! We ordered some glasses and they all arrived broken and of very poor quality. We contacted customer service immediately to request a return, but after more than a month and several follow-ups, we still haven't received any response. Customer service is non-existent, the products arrived damaged, and the response times are unacceptable. This website is completely unreliable – avoid buying here!

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated 1. I purchased this as a birthday gift for my girlfriend, but it arrived much later than the estimated delivery date, completely missing her birthday. 2. I ordered two wine glasses with floral details; however, only one glass arrived as described. The other was just a plain wine glass with no design at all. 3. The order took a while to arrive (1 month), but I realize that includes the time it takes to make the glasses, as well. The only issue was I didn't have an estimated delivery date after I ordered, and I didn't have confirmation that the glasses had shipped despite asking explicitly if they had. I just needed someone to tell me what stage the order was in, and I didn't get it.

Even thought it took some time for it to arrive, I don't regret waiting. It was worth it !

I did not receive the product al all.

it was rather quick. i was so excited to receive these glasses and they truly were more than what i expected! sooo gorgeous!!

Email communication was bad as I did not receive an email when I made the purchase, and when it was delivered.

I haven't been notified of it has been dispatched or delivered which is really disappointing I have tried to look through shop but I have recieved nothing.

Damaged broken item delivered

It was a bit a a wait to get the glasses, I ordered them on May 2nd and got them May 23rd.
