Total failure. Ordered early March and 45+ days later I have nothing. You are sending automated surveys for a product still on a plane from China. Your "replacement" took a month just to reach a carrier. The "GFUS" tracking is misleading and the delays are unacceptable. If this isn't in my hands by May 1, I am filing a chargeback for misrepresentation and non-delivery. This has been a textbook example of how to lose a customer. Stop sending surveys and start delivering.
