Shipping took too long, terrible product quality

Shipping was quick and informative through the entire process. Some brands don’t give updates and take upwards of a month or two to get the product. Not the case with lucky fours.

You shipped a wrong item, I reported it the day I received the order 2/13/2026. 11 days later you decided to ship it. Still don’t have it. Your automated emails are horrible. If I look at your website, I get texts and emails relentlessly to buy. I found the exact same watches on another site for $12 a piece. I thought I was buying your brand, not something you are reselling. If you relentlessly followed up on issues like you do people looking at the website, you would do much better.

Tried to talk to customer service for a missing piece in the order and got re directed back to the store to purchase it again. Will NEVER do any business with this product again and will never recommend it to anyone. There’s actual good “cheap luxury watch brands” but this is not one of them.

The communication was excellent. Shipment arrived on time.

From order to receiving my watches was not too long of a wait. Obviously coming from overseas. One of my watches had a button missing and they were very quick in sending me a replacement. Customer service was very responsive.

I ordered 2 watches off their website, and not even 2 hours later I wanted to cancel my order. No one responded so I had to reach out again, then they said it was too late to cancel because my order was shipped. If they saw my first request it wouldn’t have been an issue. Once the watches got here the boxes were banged up and one was missing the spring bar. Don’t shop here, these watches are drop shipped so you’re wasting your money on these crappy watches, it’s all just a scam.

It was a simple straightforward. Your marketing team and your ads are really good but once you get this watch in your hand, it definitely feels extremely cheap with the pins falling out.
