For both watches the bands don't fit. I adjusted them to the smallest size and still wouldn't fit. I took it to a watch store and they told me my only option was to buy a new band. What do I do now? Do I have to spend more money on a new band? I'm a normal sized person. It's hard to believe that you provided these bands that are made for giants.

Watch took a month to arrive. Needed it for my high school prom and it didn’t come in time. Also the adjusting pins were extremely flimsy and broke so I couldn’t size the watch so it fit my wrist. Never buying from here again and am going to encourage people not to buy from here.

I ordered $165.94 of product plus shipping and shipping protection but due to poor time management it was delivered at 2am in the morning June 6th. The watches were stolen before morning because everyone in the house was asleep. The tracker said it was delivered at 3:28 pm but no shipping trucks had arrived by then. The only thing we caught was the doorbell motion detection notification going off at 2am June 6th. I doubt i will be able to get reimbursed but i do hope the shipping companies will stop shipping products at such late hours.
