I had a really diffiicult time figuring out why the syringe wouldn't puncture the rubber top. I eventually poked it with a needle to create a little opening. I'm not even sure that was the right thing to do, but I tried on both bottles and couldn't penetrate through. If a needle was needed to puncture the rubber top before sticking the syringe applicatior there should have been instructions to do so. That part was the most frustrating. Also, the delivery took long.

I ordered 4 tubes of dark tint and 4 tubes of light tint. I contacted customer service via email and was only offered 30% refund or pay $9.99 shipping and restocking fee. Option 2 did not make sense because I was told that due to hygienics, you could not take back the product. I did not use or open any of the dark tint and only tested 2 of the light tints. I tested 2 of the light because the first ne was not consistent with previous orders. I was also told the product was reformulated.

The serum seems a little watery, not like other serums I have used... but it's early, maybe I will see a difference in a month or so.

It hasn't helped me yet.

The bottles I received do not have hardly any of the gold things in them as shown in all the videos. I feel I did t get the proper product.

well I ordert it..no problems. the delivery was not a pleasant experience. the envelope. arrived open and was taped in the middle. I was very hesitant to use the product after examining the order . the boxes was not in good shape. but the product was in one piece. customer service was pleasant to work with...

Received wrong products, contacted customer service they said we’re going to send the correct items. Never heard back, I contacted customer service 3 times already and still no response. Never again.

No one helps you. I sent pictures of product I received verses what I got. Then oh you changed packing. There isn’t one drop of pdrn, look at the ingredients. Pure crap. Your company is a scam. Theft by deception. Because I didn’t get my mailing label for return , I’m filing a law suit. Theft by deception. You are fraud if the consumer. Can’t return it, won’t mail the label. Want me to pay for your mistakes. Scam scam scam
