can't get to the solution to apply to skin, syringe doesn't work

It's not the product you advertise, scammers and dishonest people, hope you get what you deserve for being like dishonest!

Saw it on Facebook showing massive improvements so bought some sent promptly and good at contacting

The only product working and be the same product I brought and received is the collagen with the syringe.

Products are cheap. Packing also is completely different, coming from china.

Not sure if I can trust them Products is made in China

Delivery was too long.

Did not work for me my skin still remained the same.

I asked a question about why the bottle had no company name on it. They did respond and said it was because they are creating new branding. I also asked how to use the product and received no response.

Worst service ever, didn’t receive a product and was told “we will reship it” then after a few weeks I reach out again and ask where is it and am told oh we aren’t sending it you got the right product (which I didn’t) then got told they’ll give me a 30% refund of that product WHICH SHOCK THEY DIDNT. Scammers do not buy from them….

Do I get my refund , I can send product back
