It is just slightly better than my old pillow only because it was new. Arm pockets are too small and inadequate for me as a side sleeper, the pillow is too firm for my liking, and the neck area contour is not as supportive/comfortable as I was expecting. I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

This pillow has definitely helped my spinal alignment. It has helped with the deep neck, lower back pain. I might could have a slightly higher profile. I'm not sure where to put my underarm but the upper arm is comfortable resting in the nook. Worth a try for sure.
