Shopping experience was fine. Not loving the device itself

So thankful. I told my eye doctor about it. He said he would look into it. I hope he does.

Easy process with good communication.

Email notifications are great. What to use in the machine is confusing. Paperwork with the device says to use tap water and not distilled. Website says distilled and an email states only use the Berminda fluid or warranty is voided. Please be consistent.

Not enough instructions on how to use roller.

I did not receive instructions/book with it, but I reached out and they forwarded an email with instructions.

Shopping was easy, waiting for it after I bought it not so much.

Customer service offered to send an upgraded version of the mask (A13), to try for a better fit. It has not yet arrived.

Ordering was easy.

Good communication via email. Better instructions on use of ball and whether plain water should be used or distilled as I saw both mentioned. I just saw another ad saying water not to be used or it voids warranty.

It took a long time to arrive. The instructions weren't as clear as they could be, and there was some confusion about whether I could use water, and what type to use. But it did get resolved,
