I am a Senior with limited technology skills. (I was taught iPad skills by a brilliant 5 year old Grandson, who is now a brilliant 18 year old, who due to skipping a year during high school, has now completed his first year at University.). I found the online ordering process very customer friendly, and the associated costs to be very competitive. I was amazed at the size of the parcel which arrived promptly. When I opened the styrofoam box, most of the ice packs contained at least 50% ice, and the fish was fresh and chilled. Very good experience. I found the ordering process customer friendly
