After purchasing I was sent an email to say I had 24hrs to add additional items at no extra postage cost, I decided to I wanted to take advantage but the link wouldnt work, and when I did manage to add an item, it kept adding postage, so wasnt a very seamless online experience. I did reply to email which was AI and when I got a human response they said they would look into it but there was no follow up. So while the item was great, the online experience was was a little lacking.
