You can find the same exact product on Amazon for 1/3rd the cost. A FRAUD CASE is being opened against them with my credit card company!

I canceled this order via phone conversation 8mins after placing the order. I received an email confirming the cancelation seconds later. I was still charged for the order on my credit card and the item shipped. I called twice to return the order and the robot-chatbot can not help with the cancelation. I was directed to an email to help with return and I have not received a return label (no response)...etc. This is Very Scary.....
