Shopping experience was great ,very easy. Delivery was a nightmare it took two weeks to get my pillow. I had to go & collect it myself from parcel force depot. Kept getting emails telling me they had attempted delivery yet my wife & I were in when they said they had been. No cards pushed through letter box to say they had been.
