20 day delivery time. But then, it was holiday period and came from SHA to EYW.

get the shipments coming from USA.. Takes to long coming from China

Perhaps don’t send out “we’d like a review” follow up emails, when you’re not in store and responding to “hey - my product doesn’t actually work” emails.
