When I ordered the soap, because I paid through Apple Pay it had an address that I used to work at, but I’m not there anymore, I authorized the payment so quickly and realized it was gonna go to my deceased client home. Got in touch with earthly derm through their email explaining what happened and to my surprised they answered…… in a timely manner & assured me not to worry, they could make the correct changes. I’m in love lol…..and the soap is working!!!!!
