Customer service, which used to be excellent prior to the Quantum W style being promoted, and the discontinuation of the X style, is now less than stellar, and that is disappointing. I really like my QuantumX, and would like to be able to keep it running for a long time. I've had it 3.5 years, but I'll need parts replaced now and again, but I don't have high hopes considering the waning customer service.
