Pretty good overall service, but the package did take forever to ship. I like what you guys are doing. I wish you could bring back some of the smells like Daniel Boones Cabin and The Trading Post. I really wanted to try those out, but I got refunded bc they were sold out. 🙁

See review - you send a shipping notification when you put a shipping label into your system then take a week or more to actually ship. This is deceptive and un-American. Either get the order to the shipper faster or don't send shipping notifications until the carrier has the order in hand. You've gotten me twice now on this and it is frustrating.
