Five stars for the saleswomen and salesman at the store. They were super helpful, friendly and attentive. The store wifi, however, was extremely slow when trying to issue an exchange in short sizes. I was told the wifi had been slow for 2 days. We ended up leaving the store and having to come back once the exchange could be finalised online. This is not only an inconvenience for customers but I can imagine for the staff too.
