Online worked easy and very happy to place my order, however my challenges I faced was having to travel to collect my parcel and then having to courier it to my son in JHB as FOM dont deliver to JHB. Alot of effort hope this option will change soon. Kids are big on FOM but now that they live in JHB this is a problem with no courier service available to them.

I ordered the bag online and it arrived within 2 days at my store of preference ready for collection, I paid the extra bit to have my name engraved but I wasn’t sure where it would be branded and how it would look as the online store is not clear about that, the branding is extremely subtle, you wouldn’t know it’s there unless you were aware, I’m not sure if that’s a good or bad thing, maybe I would of preferred it to be more evident on the bag itself
