Grumpy and indifferent staff. When I asked to try a few sizes it was so much effort. When asking about whether or not the shoes would be good for walking around Europe on my holiday, I received a very bland “yes”. No interest in engaging with me, just a bad attitude. People in the completely wrong industry! It’s sad for a premium brand like FOM to employ such unhappy and unfriendly people.
