We called the Village store to confirm if the item was available in large. It was.
I then ordered the item online and got a call from the Village store confirming that they had XL for me. I told the assistant that I wanted the large, he checked for sizes and confirmed that there was a large and that it would be ready for collection. On arrival at the store, the purchase was ready and there was an XL in the bag. We had to swap it for a Large , as I had previously stipulated, 3 times.
