I’m really disappointed with this item. It looks cheap and poorly made. The packaging was terrible — it wasn’t even covered with a plastic bag. When I received it, the wrapping was already cut open. I have no idea who did it.
If I had the time to go to the post office, I would return it immediately. It claims to be easy to wash, but be careful — once you take the cover off the foam, it’s almost impossible to put it back on properly. I washed the cover and now I can’t even reassemble it.
