Package came late, I was repeatedly told it had been posted and was in transit when Australia Post denied they had the package. Requested a refund, however this was denied due to the package being in 'transit'.
Requested a phone-call to speak with someone directly, as I was receiving generic, pre-fabricated, email responses. This did not occur.
When the item finally arrived (late) it was nowhere near the colour order (I ordered brown and it was red). When I contacted the service about this I was told there is slight colour variations between products. When I said this is not reflective of the colour description I was asked whether I want a replacement, I said I either want a replacement or a refund - I was never contacted again.
The order also came in a tightly wrapped plastic bag... not worth the $200 price tag.
Atrocious service. Will never shop here again, and will be informing everyone I know of this
