I asked by email at least 2 times for the correct tracking number as the one they gave me it didn’t worked on the Australia post website, clearly they used another courier because I assume this product came from China, but please do not advertise in your shipping policy that “all orders will be delivered by Australia post” and that “all orders can be tracked on the Australia post website” which is not correct. If I knew this I would have bought the item from another company
